- Take Exit 33B on the left for SR-408-Toll W toward Orlando
- Merge onto the East-West Expy/SR 408 W
- Take Exit 14 toward SR-436/Semoran Blvd/Intl Airport
- Turn left at Camelia Drive

- Turn right at E. Michigan 1.4 miles on right in Mariners Village (Winn Dixie Plaza)
